Delete your Fuzzi Fi account
Not using Fuzzi Fi Cloud? Then you have no Fuzzi Fi account: your pets’ records exist only on your phone and we hold no copy. To remove them, use More → Erase all data in the app, or delete the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Fuzzi Fi and go to More → Fuzzi Fi Cloud.
- Tap Delete cloud account and confirm.
Your account and everything stored in the cloud are deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, email support@fuzzifi.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Fuzzi Fi Cloud account”. We reply to that address to confirm the request comes from you, then delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address and sign-in.
- Every pet profile, event, reminder, vaccine record, medication and document stored in the cloud.
- All photos and files in your cloud storage.
- Your subscription status record and the list of devices that synced.
Deletion is permanent. Deleted cloud data cannot be restored.
What is not deleted
- The pets on your phone. Deleting your cloud account does not touch the copy in the app. Use More → Erase all data to remove it too.
- Your subscription. Apple and Google bill Fuzzi Fi Cloud, so deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat (our subscription processor) under their own retention policies. RevenueCat’s record is tied to an anonymous identifier, not to your email address.
